Pachi Kundan Jadtar Mathapatti

Work: Handcrafted designs using copper metal made as jewellery. Pachi kundan are fitted manually into the jewellery giving it an attractive and sleek look. The different parts of the mathapatti are connected using the thin wires beaded with plastic beads. This whole structure finally turns into a jewellery. These metal wires and beads give the mathapatti a thick & heavy look as well as strength.
At the both ends of the mathapatti, there are two hooks given. These hooks are used to tie the silk thread ( resham ka dhaga) or anyother thread to fix the jewellery over the head.

Pink, white and green pachi kundan are used in this mathapatti.
