It all started with my love for our Indian culture. India is one of the oldest cultures and traditions. I being totally soaked in love for our culture started KhammaGhani. I hail from the historical land of Rajasthan the land of Rajputs, Kings, and Queens so I always wanted to promote and do some extra for our culture and tradition. It started with an idea of a blogging site however very soon I realized this is not enough as there are many other websites & platforms that provide information I want to share. Also, one needs to be a subject matter expert to share such information so that unknowingly I don’t share incorrect information.

Since I live in the city of Jodhpur so I decided to start with Rajasthani culture and help people with the products that are either manufactured in Jodhpur and other cities of Rajasthan or are linked to Rajasthani culture. While brainstorming, I realized there are already so many small and big eCommerce players in the market that are selling all types of products including electronic items & western outfits. So I decided to bring a dedicated ecomm store that sells products around Indian & Rajasthani culture and tradition so the website KhammaGhani.in came into existence. The idea is to promote the most commonly used Indian or traditional Rajasthani jewellery, Rajasthani or Rajputi dresses commonly called Poshak, handicraft items like puppets, wooden items, bags, potlis and clutches.

This way it helps local artisans in the business. KhammaGhani.in brings together the manufacturers of handicraft items, dresses Poshak, and the people who love traditional Indian Rajasthani culture actively looking for these products. During the last few years, I found that not only people from different cities of Rajasthan look for these products but also people across the country and overseas search for them. Thanks to Google Analytics for this information.
